widgets and tabs on a dashboard would benefit from a tool tip at times, such as "click here to see the whole list of features" or "click here to see the dashboard".
If a comment has not been written for the class could bookmark.notes be used for the tool tip?

Right now we have a property parent that user must fill in. Not friendly. If current tab is known we should add new bookmark to it. But if it is not known (in case user just pasted some link from email/IM to browser's address bar) we need to have a 'miscellaneous' place to file the new bookmark to. This place should be a formal dashboard so bookmarks can be dragged and dropped to any tab later on.
